“Only-in-Malta” rarity: an anti-Zionist makes a veiled compliment to somebody who defends Israel by stating historical facts, making a case for watching and reading only pro-Israeli media in order to be well-informed

Mr. Hills – Israel became “officially recognized” in 1948 after a 2/3 majority in the United Nations voted in favour of setting up the Jewish State and not “in the 1970’s”. Furthermore it may interest you to know that large tracts of land in Palestine were sold to the Zionists by the Arabs themselves long before WW2 – in fact long before WW1 even. Most of it was swampland or desert and it was only after the Jews worked on it and changed it to cultivated land that the great patriotic Palestinian fervour began.

Mr. Apap – you are either not well informed or you only watch and read pro-Israeli media!

Chapeau, “Times” (of Malta), Goebbels couldn’t have done it any better!

At least not at such a low cost.

The Maltese Times published today in its online edition a headline apparently taken from a press agency called PA:

Face of Israeli attack bus bomber

There you have it! Now those “Nazi-Zionists” even have “attack buses“!  How perverted, er, perverse!

Anti-Semitic Islamists who kill defenseless Jewish civilians (tourists, in this case) in Europe become courageous ‘resistance fighters’ just like those little innocent stone-throwing ‘Palestianian’ children sent by their anti-Semitic parents and/or the “Palestinian Authority” defying Israeli ‘occupation’, whom every European (leftist) Nazi cannot but love! Anti-Semitic mass-murderers become the ‘face of peace.’  Continue reading Chapeau, “Times” (of Malta), Goebbels couldn’t have done it any better!

‘t is not a good moment to appear as ‘racist’ in Malta at the time,

so why, just after the editor of MaltaToday, Saviour Balzan, in the wake of the violent death of an ‘illegal immigrant’ in Malta, has ‘broken the news’ that “the issue of colour has become ridiculous and far-fetched”  (whatever idiocy that means or reveals), not start diverting popular resentment again against some evil whites, anzi why not propose to start “hounding” them directly, ghax is it not that they themselves, those ever-greedy Semites so very different from us Semites and our other Semitic brethren, the Arabs, are always “hounding passers-by to test their products” instead of performing anti-capitalist, anti-Semitic, as well as anti-Christian, ‘revolutions’? Another progress of “Libyan freedom” (Daphne (al-)Caruana (al-)Galizia) toward the Jew- and Christian-free caliphate

To boost [the Hizballah terrorists’] morale, Nasrallah [recently] reported the arrival of advanced weapons, including anti-tank and anti-air missiles from Libya. DEBKAfile’s sources report they were delivered to Lebanon by sea and air freighters from the Libyan capital of Tripoli.

A Hizballah purchasing mission in Tripoli and Benghazi bought the weapons from military units making up the National Transitional Council ruling Libya as an interim government. Iranian and Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood agents were on hand to pay for the merchandise on the spot.

In the briefings to his men, the Hizballah leader also dredged up a two-year old plan to use the projected massive rocket assault as cover for five commando brigades to surge into northern Israel and seize designated sectors of the Galilee up to the outskirts of Carmiel. He assured Hizballah troops that even if Israel Defense Forces units stormed into Lebanon, they were capable of taking the war across the border into enemy terrain.

Hello Daphne Caruana Galizia, come take another look here, please!

I still detest crucifixes. They make me shudder. My reaction to them is no different than it is to other depictions of torture, which I cannot bear to look at.
Daphne Caruana Galizia, November 2009

It seems to me that I have found a few more “catharsis” videos featuring your Libyan “rebels” tormenting Muammar al-Gaddafi. Maybe you would like to publish these on your blog too, as an encore! 😉

They are here.

I haven’t watched them myself (I had seen a few others already, in which your “rebels” acted as if they were just slaughtering cattle, and those were enough for me), but if your theory saying that certain atrocities, or better, using your word again, the “catharses,” committed by the “rebels” are just a consequence of what the poor Libyans have “been through” under Gaddafi, then already from the textual description of the videos it seems that they have “been through” quite a variety of things – under the infidel dog: Continue reading Hello Daphne Caruana Galizia, come take another look here, please!

Daphne Caruana Galizia, come have a look: “Al-Qaeda Flag Flies Above the Libyan flag in Libya”

Al qaeda libya2

It was here at the courthouse in Benghazi where the first spark of the Libyan revolution ignited. It’s the symbolic seat of the revolution; post-Gaddafi Libya’s equivalent of Egypt’s Tahrir Square. … according to multiple eyewitnesses—myself included—one can now see both the Libyan rebel flag and the flag of al Qaeda fluttering atop Benghazi’s courthouse. Hello, Dr George Vella, here are a few more talking points for you and your party!

Today the Times of Malta reported that

[PL] Party foreign affairs spokesman George Vella said it was not enough for [Maltese Prime Minister] Dr Gonzi to have called for a renewal of talks between Israel and the Palestinians. His failure to publicly declare support for the recognition of Palestinian statehood, made by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, showed lack of respect to the Palestinians.

Dr George Vella is so right. Continue reading Hello, Dr George Vella, here are a few more talking points for you and your party!

Compulsory for whom it may concern: Preventative explanation vis-a-vis any future accusations leveled against Daphne Caruana Galizia of having promoted Islamic jihad in Libya, Malta and beyond

“Ein Gedankenstrich ist zumeist ein Strich durch den Gedanken.” – Karl Kraus

In the near or in a farther future, some people will certainly try to hurt Maltese columnist Daphne Caruana Galizia by suggesting that she did not warn of the dangers of the “Libyan revolution.” Apart from the fact that it is highly questionable whether such is the task of a true journalist (since when are journalists responsible for anything having to do with the truth or even for the promotion of mass murder?), for all critical people who intend to defend her from any of those attacks, here is some evidence to the fact that her accusers will indeed be totally wrong. Experiment in peacefully reconciling by “cut-up” technique certain divergent European and Arab views of the “Libyan revolution”

A heartfelt welcome by thousands upon thousands of free Libyans greeted the NTC Head Jalil’s maiden speech yesterday on MARTYRS’ SQUARE, Tripoli, to bear witness to the popularity of the Revolution that ousted rutless despot Khadafi after using his fire power to massacre his own people in their thousands! Bin-Laden’s comments were accompanied by a speech by new Al Qaeda chief, Ayman al-Zawahri, who claimed credit on behalf of his terror group for the “Arab spring” uprisings against dictators in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Syria, and other countries. Continue reading Experiment in peacefully reconciling by “cut-up” technique certain divergent European and Arab views of the “Libyan revolution”

“It’s damned obvious that we’re all going to breathe easier when [Gaddafi]’s gone.” (Daphne Caruana Galizia)*

It’s official (or “half-official,” in the US at least, now that the nice third “Arab Spring” job is almost done):

“A [US] defense official familiar with jihadist strategy said Islamists likely will emerge in power from the turmoil expected after the demise of the Gadhafi regime and the West will be partly to blame.
“We’re helping pave the way for them” through NATO airstrikes and other support, he said.
About 1,000 jihadists are operating covertly in Libya, Noman Benotman, a former Libyan al Qaeda member, told The Washington Times in March.”**

“Celebration, man!” Another war victory against the US with much help from the US itself (Kosovo style)!

Btw, does anyone remember which state promoted the UN Security Council resolution for a “no-fly zone” in Libya in the beginning? I think I do: Lebanon. The unofficial province of Iran. In other words, Hezbollah (the Lebanese “Party of God”).

How al-Qaeda got to rule in Tripoli
By Pepe Escobar

His name is Abdelhakim Belhaj. Some in the Middle East might have, but few in the West and across the world would have heard of him.

Time to catch up. Because the story of how an al-Qaeda asset turned out to be the top Libyan military commander in still war-torn Tripoli is bound to shatter – once again – that wilderness of mirrors that is the “war on terror”, as well as deeply compromising the carefully constructed propaganda of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO’s) “humanitarian” intervention in Libya. Continue reading Which “people,” Ms Caruana Galizia?

Btw, Maltese Foreign Minister Tonio Borg just cannot stop offending Israel (among other states including Malta):

“I met Mustafa Mohammed Abdul Jalil, the chairman of the Transitional National Council, in Benghazi in July as well as other TNC ministers and they could be ministers in any other democratic country.”

“Libyan Freedom”: Some more details about William Hague’s, Daphne Caruana Galizia’s and a few others’ allies in toppling Gaddafi

Here are three things Americans need to know about the Libyan “rebels” the U.S. government isn’t telling us.
One: The inspiration of the Libyan war is as much anti-Western as it is anti-Gadhafi.
The “Day of Rage” that kick-started the Libyan war on Feb. 17 marked the fifth anniversary of violent protests in Benghazi, which included an assault on the Italian consulate during which at least 11 were killed. […]
[…]
Two: The anti-Gadhafi, anti-Western forces that NATO power has brought to apparent victory through an air war and not-so-secret deployment of special forces (so far costing U.S. taxpayers $1 billion) include jihadist forces the U.S. and NATO allies have been fighting for the past decade in Iraq and Afghanistan. Celebrating the victory of “Libyan freedom” (Daphne Caruana Galizia) in Tripoli (Libya) and in Valletta (Malta)

Like all people who only have the best intentions, these days “the only real journalist in Malta,” Daphne Caruana Galizia, must be as happy as she hasn’t been since the death of Osama bin Laden (Al Qaeda). Finally Gaddafi seems to have left Tripoli, and now, as “Dee says” on Ms Caruana Galizia’s blog, “the mad dog and his cubs” have yet only to be “smok[ed] out” from a few more “filthy cellar[s]” in which they might be hiding now and in the near future. And since everybody else, in a great historical moment like this, just should not worry all that much, but first of all be happy and full of solidarity, another member of Daphne’s blog ummah, “A. Charles,” recommends from the comment section of one of Daphne’s recent posts: “The next thing which people of goodwill should do is to celebrate this victory in Valletta on Saturday.” (Should only, and otherwise be strongly ashamed and hide well, because we have a real liberal democracy here at the time, while under Mintoff that thing would still have been far more compulsory.) On occasion of Malta’s recognition of the Libyan “transitional council as Libyan government” and Iran’s simultaneous congratulations to the “rebels”…

… for now, just one quote from Israel:

IN a knee jerk reflexive action, western pundits have a habit of applauding without understanding the players involved. While surely the average Joe or Jane are thrilled with Qadafi’s ouster, they have every reason to be afraid-very afraid-of the backers behind the ‘rebels’. These so called opponents are Islamic to their core. In fact, their backers have already posted a framework for a new Libyan Constitution. Guess what? Sharia is its CORE doctrinal law.
Not to be a spoil sport, but the pre-jubilation of many Jeffersonian Democrats, when the Shah was ousted, was decidedly premature and is eerily similar to the upheavels we are witnessing. History DOES repeat itself. Continue reading On occasion of Malta’s recognition of the Libyan “transitional council as Libyan government” and Iran’s simultaneous congratulations to the “rebels”…

“Al-Qaeda? Rubbish!” Revolution romantic Daphne Caruana Galizia was probably totally wrong

An al Qaeda branch known as the Al-jamaa Al-islamiya Al-Mokatila is widely believed to be closely associated with rebel leader Mustafa Abdul Jalil and suspected of murdering the rebel commander Maj. Gen. Abdel-Fattah Younis on his behalf. This confirms Muammar Qaddafi’s long-held allegations that al Qaeda is part of rebel ranks. Still, Paris and London […]
