One of the chief responsibilities of Palestinian militia that operate in the city has been to enforce the PA’s anti-Semitic law which defines the sale of land to Jews as a capital offense. Since 1994, dozens of Arab Jerusalemites have been executed by these men and their Fatah masters in Ramallah and Jericho for the “crime” of selling land to Jews. The government has made little effort to prosecute the offenders. Since 2004, when prime minister Ariel Sharon forced internal security minister Uzi Landau to resign due to Landau’s opposition to Sharon’s sharp turn to the left, the police have not been ordered to rein in the activities of the militia.
Largely as a consequence of this state of affairs, Jews are prevented from living in half of the city. The scarcity of housing options for Jews is what has caused an artificial increase in housing prices that has compelled young families to migrate out of the city.

Morgantini über alles
Lo scorso 9 novembre, nel 69° anniversario della Kristallnacht, il pogrom antiebraico nazionalsocialista che costituì “l’inizio dell’Olocausto” (Deborah Weiss), è stata pubblicata sulla National-Zeitung (“Giornale nazionale”, con sede a Monaco di Baviera) un’intervista a Luisa Morgantini*, vicepresidente del Parlamento europeo, attivista antisionista, e gran sostenitrice dello stragista antisemitico arabo Marwan Barghouti.
La National-Zeitung, secondo la versione tedesca di Wikipedia, pubblica principalmente “articoli minimizzanti sul passato tedesco del nazionalsocialismo, prendendo soprattutto le difese della Wehrmacht. Secondo i critici del giornale, [vi] si fomentano risentimenti contro gli ebrei con titoli stereotipati e con articoli antisemitici e in altri articoli si attaccano lo stato di diritto democratico e i suoi rappresentanti”.
Fra i “critici” della National-Zeitung va annoverato anche l’Ufficio federale per la tutela della Costituzione (Verfassungsschutz). L’intervista a Morgantini è intitolata “‘Israel praktiziert Apartheid’“. Non serve la traduzione del titolo, credo, e il contenuto dell’intervista è fatto delle consuete insinuazioni che si possono leggere anche quotidianamente in italiano, per es. su il manifesto, Liberazione ecc.
Tuttavia, un particolare dell’intervista va forse rilevato come ulteriore esempio della straordinaria logica di certi combattenti di sinistra alleati degli sterminatori odierni di ebrei. Disse la Morgantini, vicepresidente del parlamento europeo, al giornale antisemita, con buona pace di quest’ultimo:
Io, però, non sono un’antisemita, bensì la figlia di un partigiano il quale nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale combatté nelle montagne d’Italia contro la Wehrmacht tedesca.
L’antifascismo, quindi, la Luisa ce l’ha nel DI ENNE A, niente da fare, è scientifico.
Inoltre la Luisa confessò a quel giornalaccio di essere “cresciuta […] con il ‘Diario di Anne Frank’ che giaceva sotto il mio cuscino”. E quindi, cari giovani aspiranti a fare i massacratori di ebrei senza volere passare da antisemiti, se non potete più contare su genitori, bensì magari solo su un bisnonno partigiano, non dimenticatevi di ficcare, per un certo periodo, un esemplare del Diario di Anne Frank sotto il cuscino, il che vi aiuterà. Così i sionisti avranno molta difficoltà a sostenere che voi siate degli antisemiti e non semplicemente dei combattenti ‘contro l’apartheid’, ‘contro l’occupazione’, ‘per la Palestina’, ‘per la giustizia’, ‘per la pace’ ecc. blabla.
È comodo, no? Poi non vi costa quasi niente.

In un post recente avevamo riferito che “a detta del comandante italiano Graziano, [l’hezbollah] collabora tanto bene con l’UNIFIL nel Libano“. Ci siamo invece dimenticati di aggiungere che il generale Graziano sembra soffrire di una falsa modestia veramente fuori luogo, poiché anche il rovescio della medaglia, e cioè il fatto che, viceversa, anche l’Unifil non collabora maluccio con i terroristi dell’hezbollah, è, per così dire, carino. L’organizzazione antisemitica Hezbollah, da parte sua, secondo una dichiarazione recente del suo segretario generale Nasrallah, si considera tuttora in guerra con Israele (“die Jüdische” del 05/09/2008) e sembra anche più massicciamente armata di prima di quella nuova “missione di pace” voluta da gente come Prodi, D’Alema e Rice.
Dire che uno più uno fa due, e cioè che l’UNIFIL è servito e serve a camuffare e con ciò a sostenere i preparativi di guerra di sterminio dell’Iran contro Israele, sarebbe tuttavia molto esagerato. E sarebbe ancora peggio dire che tutto questo sarebbe stato previsto già dall’allora presidente di consiglio Romano Prodi quando si impegnò tanto per impedire ad Israele di sconfiggere efficacemente quelli che intendono annientarla, arrivando perfino a proporre come mediatore per la risoluzione “pacifica” del conflitto fra Hezbollah e Israele proprio un rappresantante dei tele-comandanti dei terroristi jihadisti, l’iraniano Ali Larijani.
Eh no: e non si può proprio dire che, come ebbe a dire il defunto presidente del Consiglio centrale degli Ebrei in Germania, Paul Spiegel, “dietro il grido di pace si trincerano gli assassini”! Non si può!
Srebrenica – still questions?
I certainly don’t agree with all the views expressed at that site, especially as far as some (tendentially) anti-Semitic, anti-Western and outright anti-American statements are concerned, and supposed parallels with the opposite, e.g. the Western Iraq intervention, and cartoons which are at least to be called stupid. But for people who are suspicious of the Srebrenica myth and who have the impression or the fear that “Srebrenica” could really have something to do with Auschwitz, but in a more intricate way than the mainstream media and many politicians have been trying to tell the public for more than a decade now, it can be a good starting point.
Hitler, in his “political last will”, said that a main mistake of his could have been that he had failed in forging a more audacious alliance with Islam. And it is doubtlessly quite audacious, at least for an International “war crimes court”, to base its assumptions and accusations on dubious testimonies, media propaganda, and at least exaggerated numbers, while isolating the supposed misdeeds (“massacres”) from the context in which they took place, if they happened at all.
In my view, the pattern is exactly the same as in the case of “criticism of Israel” and exactly as dangerous. While the “best” combination of both, as far as I know, can be found in the BBC, where often, when they talk about the Serbs, who supposedly can never be trusted, really seem to be some kind of “Jew substitutes”, whom you may accuse of any kind of immoral behavior without fear of being held responsible for your own immoral deeds or lack of courage, and whom you may humiliate as long as you like, just because, as a raging British soldier told me in the early 1990’s in order to justify his refusal to think by himself: “The whole world is against the Serbs”.

Some 15 Dutch soldiers of the former Netherlands battalion stationed in Srebrenica during the Bosnian civil war came to Belgrade on Wednesday, offering to testify in the Hague tribunal on behalf of Dr. Karadzic, a member of Radovan Karadzic’s defense team Milivoje Ivanisevic told Vecernje Novosti.
“We talked about their possible testimony. They stressed that the Serbs did not commit war crimes against the Muslim civilians when they were passing through several dozen of their villages [in Srebrenica municipality] the Dutch soldiers were securing. They came over at their own expense and said they will testify and invite more of their fellow soldiers to testify too. They left Belgrade on Thursday,” Ivanisevic said.
To see how relevant their testimonies would be, Ivanisevic talked to each Dutch soldier who came to Belgrade, individually, about when and where he was and what was he doing. Asked by Vecernje Novosti why haven’t they showed up before to say what really happened in Srebrenica, Ivanisevic said he didn’t pose that question, but added that Dutch soldiers complained there is a complete repression against them in Holland that had lasted for the past 10 years because they are blamed for allegedly “failing to protect Srebrenica”.
“Perhaps the things are finally getting ripe now”, Ivanisevic said. “They told me they came here in apprehension and worried, because they expected to be hated in Serbia just like back home. They said in Srebrenica at the time they had to protect themselves from the Muslims, rather than protect Muslims from the Serbs. Serb Army, according to them, was helping the Muslim women and their children, bringing them food and water”, Ivanisevic conveyed the conversation he had with Dutch soldiers who were stationed in Srebrenica in 1995.

What would it take to have the debate that, it must be said despite my hobby of mocking Europeans, the German public had in 2001 when it put its politicians’ feet to the fire after learning the hoax that their country had been party to, thanks to a German documentary unapologetically titled “It Began with a Lie.”

Fischer für Konfrontation am Persischen Golf
Joschka Fischer, der natürlich nicht so ein “Faschist” und nicht so ein US-Vasall wie dieser uneuropäische Berlusconi, ja noch nicht einmal ein Medienzar/-magnat, sondern, mnäää, vielleicht eher immer noch ein Medienmagnet und außerdem auf seinem langen Lauf zu sich selbst zu einem ausgesprochen geschulten Signalgeber geworden ist, Joschka Fischer hat, wenn wir seine vielfach in nahezu kreisrunden Sätzen gefunkten Signale zu den Kernfragen der Zeit Montag dieser Woche in der “Zeit” richtig verstanden haben, ein sich dank den Präsidentschaftswahlen in den USA bald eröffnendes Machtvakuum am Persischen Golf ausgemacht, in das die EU, die mit Friedenspolitik (wir denken hier insbesondere an die Anerkennungspolitik und die Kriege zwecks Zerstörung Jugoslawiens) schließlich schon ganz tolle Erfahrungen gemacht habe, den Irak (USA-Domäne) umgehend, mittels Assoziation mit den Diktaturen am Persischen Golf flink reinstoßen sollte.

Schon wieder dieser Berlusconi! Ein später emotional gefärbter Kommentar zur italienischen Parlamentswahl
“Wir haben ein wichtiges Ergebnis erzielt”, sagte Walter Veltroni, der Präsidentschaftskandidat der “Mitte-Linken”, der den amtierenden Ministerratspräsidenten Romano Prodi ersetzen sollte, kurz nach den jüngsten italienischen Parlamentswahlen. Worauf er sich damit bezog, wissen wir zwar nicht, weil wir nicht viel weiter gelesen haben, da wir uns die Erleichterung über das Wahlergebnis nicht durch eine langweilige Rede Veltronis verderben lassen wollten.
Tatsächlich aber haben Veltroni und seine Genossen eine ganze Menge wichtiger Ergebnisse erzielt:
Sie wurden abgewählt und Italien hat bald keine de facto radikal-antizionistische Regierung mehr, deren erste Idee, wenn Israel sich einmal wehrt, wie im Fall des zweiten Libanonkriegs oder von Israels Verteidigungsmaßnahmen gegen die Hamas, stets in der Organisation internationaler Unterstützung für Israels Feinde besteht, wie bei der “Konferenz für den Libanon” oder beim Gerede von der “demokratischen” Legitimierung der antisemitischen Massenmörder von der Hamas geschehen; Italien hat bald keinen Ministerpräsidenten namens Romano Prodi mehr, dem anlässlich des Libanon-Krieges wie immer gleich ein ‘Friedenstisch’ einfiel, für den er dieses Mal als Vermittler sogar einen Vertreter des Kommandanten einer der beiden Parteien, und zwar der angreifenden, nämlich Ali Larijani, den damaligen “Atomunterhändler” des Iran, vorschlug, der sich ihm zufolge sogar sofort dazu bereit erklärt habe; Italien hat bald keinen Außenminister (D’Alema) mehr, der nach der “Friedenskonferenz” “Für den Libanon” damit angab, dass er Condoleezza Rice “Condy” nennen durfte, sie wie bei der Lehrerkonferenz dafür lobte, dass sie so “gut vorbereitet” sei – wobei man sich durchaus fragen sollte, ob nur auf ihn -, und wenig nachdem Millionen Israelis nach Monaten ihre Bunker wieder verlassen bzw. ihre Häuser wieder aufsuchen konnten, auf der anderen Seite mit einem Hisbollah-Abgeordneten Arm in Arm spazieren ging. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton: two distinct kinds of Euros
A striking characterization by Caroline Glick, just found in the Jerusalem Post Online Edition:
[…] how will a President Hillary Clinton or a President Barack Obama respond after being shown that appeasement of the Palestinians has once again failed and that appeasement or deterrence of the Iranian regime has also failed once again? Given their distinct emotional makeup, it can be assumed that Obama will argue that reality is wrong and continue on – Carter-like – into the abyss and drag his country and Israel down with him. Acting in a Clinton-like way, Clinton on the other hand, would be more likely to pick a fight with Serbia – or call for a federal ban on chewing tobacco in a bid to change the subject.

Bei dem Ausdruck „in keinster Weise“ könnte es sich um die am rapidesten um sich greifende Sprachfehlerepidemie der letzten Jahrzehnte, wenn nicht Jahrhunderte handeln. Das lassen jedenfalls die dazu auffindbaren ca. 900.000 Google-Hits (Stand 29.11.2007) befürchten, selbst wenn es sich bei einem Teil derselben um kritische Betrachtungen handeln mag. I missili palestinesi cadono sui centri commerciali, sugli ospedali, sulle scuole e sugli obiettivi civili in Israele, e Hamas si rivolge direttamente agli ebrei. Lo fa in inglese e persino in ebraico: “Voi siete il nostro bersaglio, vi vogliamo morti”. Lo si legge nel sito web ufficiale di Hamas. In uno degli ultimi poster on line sui siti di Hamas, con didascalie che non lasciano spazio al dubbio, sono raffigurati bambini di Sderot rannicchiati in un rifugio durante un attacco di Qassam palestinesi: “I sionisti si nascondono bene”.

Mi ricordo ancora bene di un episodio avvilente (per me) a una “Festa dell’Unità” a Bologna, all’inizio degli anni novanta. Oltre ai tanti ristoranti, agli stand delle piadine, a quelli delle aziende “comuniste”, c’era pure uno stand sui “massacri dei serbi” in Bosnia, e ovviamente (?) solo su quelli imputati a loro (e forse anche con quella foto di un “lager serbo” che più tardi si sarebbe rivelata un falso). Dopo che il giovane custode di quella mostra aveva scoperto che ero tedesco, non riusciva più a mollarmi finché non riuscì a fare quel che tanto gli premeva, e cioè a confessarmi la sua ammirazione e il suo senso di colpa per il fatto che gli italiani non erano stati tanto radicali con gli ebrei “come voi”.

Vedere il giornalista Enrico Mentana alla fine di una trasmissione dal titolo grottesco “Verità contro verità” e sentirlo ricordare – dopo avere appena sufficientemente confutato, in quella stessa trasmissione da lui condotta [1], le maggiori ‘teorie serie’ di complotto attorno all’11 settembre 2001 – sentirlo ricordare che in quegli attentati morirono anche tremila persone sulla cui morte non bisognerebbe scherzare e sentirlo sostenere subito dopo che quegli attentati avrebbero anche “creato l’occasione per due guerre” (mentre in verità la guerra degli Islamofascisti contro l’Occidente non è solo un’”occasione” per sottomettere o uccidere tutti gli “infedeli”, ma la sottomissione o uccisione di questi ultimi è il suo obiettivo dichiarato), tutto questo non può che provocare rabbia e ripugnanza.
